Deposits are non- refundable (minimum of $100.00)
Buyers are responsible for the cost of the coggins test and health papers and
Shipping and shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Horses maybe removed from sales list at any time without prior notice.
No horse/ will be consider SOLD unless a deposit or payment in full has been received within
7 days from commitment to purchase.
Eaglerock Miniature Horses reserves the right to refuse any sale for any reason.
All sales are final.
